NazarTrack is a GPS vehicle tracking and fleet management platform that helps you monitor vehicles, drivers, locations, routes, alerts, and vehicle activity in real time.
Go to Device/Vehicle and add your vehicle with the required vehicle and GPS device details. Once the device is connected and transmitting data, the vehicle will appear on the map.
Open Live Map from the dashboard or tracking section. You can view your vehicles and their current GPS locations on the map.
A vehicle may appear offline if the GPS device has lost mobile network coverage, has no power, has insufficient GPS/network connectivity, or is unable to communicate with the tracking server.
Location updates depend on the GPS device configuration and network connection. Devices can send location information at regular intervals while the vehicle is moving.
Yes. Use History Playback to view the vehicle's previous journeys, routes, stops, and movement history for the selected date and time.
History Playback allows you to review a vehicle's past movement on the map, including its route, stops, and journey details.
Yes. Use Geofences to create a virtual geographical area and monitor when a vehicle enters or leaves that area.
A geofence is a virtual boundary created on the map. NazarTrack can help you monitor vehicle activity in relation to that predefined area.
Yes. NazarTrack supports vehicle and fleet alerts. Depending on your configuration, alerts can be used to notify you about important vehicle events and activities.
Yes. The Drivers section allows authorized users to add and manage driver information and associate drivers with vehicles.
Yes. NazarTrack is designed for fleet management, allowing authorized users to manage multiple vehicles from a single account.
Yes. NazarTrack supports user and role management, allowing administrators to provide appropriate access to different users.
Roles & Permissions control what different users can see and manage in NazarTrack. Administrators can assign access according to a user's responsibilities.
Yes. NazarTrack provides reporting features that allow you to review vehicle activity and other tracking information for selected periods.
Check whether the GPS device has power and mobile network connectivity. If the device is powered and connected but the location still does not update, contact NazarTrack support for assistance.
GPS accuracy can be affected by poor satellite visibility, buildings, underground areas, weather conditions, device installation, or temporary GPS/network issues.
If your GPS device and account support remote commands, authorized users can use the Commands feature to send supported commands to the device.
NazarTrack uses account-based access and role permissions to help protect your fleet information. Only authorized users should have access to your account and tracking data.
You can contact NazarTrack support with your account details, vehicle/device information, and a description of the problem. Our support team can help troubleshoot tracking and account-related issues.
Tap the user icon on the top-left of the Home page, then tap Update Password to open the Change Password screen.
Go to the Navigation Menu button , click Support, then go to Support & Contact to contact NazarTrack Support.
To check whether your GPS device is connected, go to the Navigation menu, click Vehicles, and then select your vehicle to view its GPS connection status.
Currently, vehicle name cannot be changed directly from the mobile app. Please log in to the NazarTrack web portal (nazartrack.com), go to Fleet > Device/Vehicle, scroll right to the Actions column, and click the Edit icon to update your vehicle name.
